1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund for online courses under the following conditions:

• Request for Refund: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Course Access: You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. If you have accessed or completed more than 25% of the course materials, we are unable to process a refund.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at [Your Contact Email] with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details.

• The course title you purchased.

• A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if eligible, process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

3. Exceptions

• We are unable to offer refunds for any courses purchased as part of a promotion or bundle unless specifically stated in the offer details.

• If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, please contact our support team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any course materials that have been downloaded or consumed (e.g., PDFs, worksheets, etc.) are not eligible for a refund if the course has been more than 25% completed.

 

5. Course Cancellations or Changes

In the rare event that we must cancel or change a course, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
